Old Town Property Services Limited was formed in 2021, by Neil Brennan, an industry expert with 25 years’ proven track record in all aspects of construction and property development.  

The stated aim of Old Town Property Services Limited was to create an all-encompassing property development service that catered for those looking to relocate, invest or purchase a second home in the East Kent area, but who because of their current location may not have the trade contacts or experience to make their visions a reality.

There has been and continues to be a huge influx of people looking to move to the East Kent area from London and the surrounding counties to take advantage of reduced property prices, a less stressful lifestyle, working from home opportunities, better standards of living for their children amidst greatly reduced travel times to London.

East Kent is also seen as an excellent investment opportunity due to the regeneration of many of the coastal resorts over the last decade and the ever-popular city of Canterbury.

Old Town Property, based in Margate, Kent, serves the whole East Kent area from the coastal towns of Folkstone round to Herne Bay and all places in between, inclusive of the Canterbury region.

The company aims to provide a remote refurbishment service, utilising daily updates and site visits through modern methods of communication, video call primarily, providing assurance to our clients and critically, ensuring the weekend remain theirs and long trips to the East Kent area are avoidable and only required when necessary or desired.
